Run #539 – Harriett Hash #1

My 1st run with the newly founded Pattaya jungle hash house Harriet’s. It was a joint run together with the Pattaya Jungle Hash House Harriers which was my 35th run with them.

We had in total 109 or 110 people at the hash. Many visitors from Hong Kong and Saigon showed up.

The trail was absolutely great, some little obstacles, jumping over mudpools, crawling under babwire and lots of checks and backchecks. I think the pack was most of the time close together.

After the run we had the famous Pattaya jungle H3 free food which included sourkraut and sausages, I have to start a petition that there should be always sourkraut and sausages for the Germans.

The circle was started by DLAK who is the PJH3 GM and was then handed over to AC who ran the harriette’s circle.

The raffle had a lot of great prices, chairs, tshirts, booze etc. 2 people managed to loose their winning tickets, luckily the tickets where found and they could claim their winning price including a free seat on the ice.

After the raffle was finished all the visitors where allowed to experience how cold Pattaya ice is when sitting on it or in the bucket for the slow ones.

I also was relocated to the have a seat on the ice with bubbles, you maybe wonder why, well you will see it when you see me next time. I got a tasty bottle of Jägermeister from happy survivor which I shared with the circle.

During my walk through the circle and handing out Jägermeister we had a bellydance contest or how ever you call the ring you swing around your hips. I was busy with the Jägermeister but I guess one of the visitors won that contest.

After we had the Harriet’s hash hymn we closed the circle and went on to mountain flowers new bar two and one which also offered some more free food for all the hashers.
